Massive crowds descended upon downtown Woodruff for Spring Fling on Saturday, March 15th. Members of the Woodruff Veterans Memorial committee were on scene to shake hands, share information, and tell stories.
While there were no *confirmed* reports of any committee members trying out the bouncy house, we still had great fun making some new friends and watching kids enthusiastically play cornhole games in the street in front of our tent.
Events like Woodruff’s Spring Fling are central to raising awareness and funds for the memorial. The next time the City of Woodruff closes off Main Street to have a community festival like this one, you can expect us to be there.
