Join us Monday morning at 10am in McKinney Park for a Memorial Day Service for our veterans who are no longer with us. Come together with us as a community as we pay our respects for our lost service men and women. We will have a few veteran speakers, including an “open mic” for anyone to come up and pay tribute to our lost and fallen that were close to us. Speakers will include Master Sergeant Brian Richards (US Army & 2x Afghanistan War Vet), Third Class Gunner’s Mate Tom Davies (US Navy Vietnam Veteran & Purple Heart Recipient). Our main speaker will be Sergeant Terry Simmons, US Army Vietnam Veteran, Purple Heart Recipient, and a surviving veteran of the Battle of Hamburger Hill.
